Wassuppers boys and girls. Things have been calm, peaceful boring as hell around these parts lately. I forgot to mention the Puppy Bowl. It was awesome! This year they added bunny rabbit cheerleaders. They were so chilled out and relaxed looking you couldn’t even tell they were awake until their faces started twitching. I just want one to pick up and stroke. Then again most people seem to think I’m a relaxing person to be around anyway but they’re fucking adorable! I could’ve passed on the hamsters “piloting” the blimp. The halftime show featured the kittens as usual. Kind of disappointed there wasn’t a psycho kitten like at PuppyBowl IV. Those were the homeliest hamsters I’ve ever seen. Seriously even Richard Gere would let them crawl up a tube and into his ass if he saw those fugly things.
We finally got some decent snow on Tuesday. I think officially we got about 7-7.5 inches but my unofficial measurement was about 6.5 inches. Imagine my annoyance when shortly after I hear that Dallas gets a foot of snow. *sigh* Mother Nature just likes fucking with me for some reason.
I missed the premiere of the new We are the World. I’m so glad I did. I watched it today and oh dear god, I’m still trying to calm Sweet Baby Jebus down and get him to put the gun down. That was straight fuckery on so many levels. First off I didn’t even recognize the first four or five people in the video. I didn’t recognize anyone until Tony Bennett who quite frankly is too good to perform with most of the people in that video. Let’s just keep it real. Lil Wayne using autotune was just disappointing. The whole rap moment was just garbage. How the hell do you show up for We are the World and bob your head in the background like you’re playing around in the studio? Bring your A-game or stay your ass outside! Wyclef bleating like a demonic goat about to be slaughtered made me look at the screen in a state of disbelief and then giggle my ass off. I want that for a notification tone on my phone. Somebody needs to make that happen and send it to me. It’s for a good cause but I hope that doesn’t make a lot of money. It sucked. Bottom line Quincy & Lionel should’ve just written another song. See for yourself though.
Valentine’s Day is tomorrow. I don’t have any special plans. Val and I aren’t celebrating it this year. Can’t really say I’m in the spirit to do so anyway but it kind of makes me feel like I did when I was single. One of the local pizza places has a heart shaped pizza every year around this time. If I haven’t gone into complete hermit mode I may go out and pick one up. Otherwise it’ll be just like any other post Superbowl Sunday.
I’m still getting used to my watch but I like it. Well, other than the steel mesh brands seems to get snagged on my the hair on my wrist, clothes, and my jacket. Once I work out how to stop it then I’m great!
I saw The Wolfman yesterday. I haven’t decided if I’ll do a review on it yet but go see it. Benicio Del Toro does some good movies. I would’ve done a double feature but I was starving like Marvin when the first movie ended and knew with the way my stomach was growling I wouldn’t make it through the second one.
I either need a really good massage, a chiropractor or both.

the puppy bowl sounds interesting i might have to check it out next time, what channel does it come on? Animal Planet?
I havent gotten up the nerve to watch the we are the world remake yet, i will eventually but since everyone keeps saying its wack it wont be too soon

Yep, it was probably around this time last year.
Didn’t want to burden her financially by doing the gift exchange thing is the main reason.
It’s Animal Planet. They usually air it back to back from about 3 PM until about 3 AM on Superbowl Sunday. So it’s hard to miss.
So far the reaction seems to be that it either sucks or it wasn’t as bad as they thought but it wasn’t good. :))

The ‘We Are the World’ song wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be but I still think they should have left well enough alone. And the autotune ‘artists’?? *smdh* I just knew Soulja Boy was going to be on the mic after that. Every time Wyclef hollered he scared me. :)) :-ss
I caught a bit of the puppy bowl but I had to turn the channel. It always makes me want to go out and get another dog because they are so darn CUTE!!!

I got V-Day flowers and presents. To say I was shocked is an understatement.
I’m kinda iffy on the Wolfman movie. I think I may check it out online. We finally got around to seeing Avatar in 3D yesterday. I honestly didn’t notice a major difference and those damn glasses are the most uncomfortable pieces of shit EVER!!! Z said he saw one of the attendants chase a lady down to have her return hers. LMAO

I’m tired of rappers going around sounding like robots. I think they should’ve had a pop up identifying who everyone is. Seems like they scraped the bottom of some pretty obscure barrels to drag out some of those people. ~X(
You too? If the Puppy Bowl doesn’t increase pet adoptions then somewhere, someone just isn’t doing something right. I just want to rush the field and hug the puppies like Elmyra from Tiny Toon Adventures. Oh did I mention while I’m doing this I’d be screaming, “Puppies!” 🙂

2/14 is a day for men to spend money on flowers that die and chocolates that their girl don’t need anyway so it’s no big deal to me. I think Valentines Day is everyday.

It’s not that the watch is rough. The band is a steel mesh and has little holes in them where a wayward thread or stray hair can get snagged. I suppose I could just shave my wrist.

Well, you know more of them than me if you knew half. I might know 10-20% of them max by face. :)) Yeah that rap was lame, LL needs to go back to battle rapping or acting and leave the social rapping alone.
